Great view and even better service
Whole experience was great! Once in a lifetime experience and truly unforgettable not only because of the gorgeous view but also the service was impeccable. Our captain, Jovanny, was amazing and explained some history as well as Leonardo who checked us in we’re so helpful. Would do again.

Excellent service from all very friendly Elizabeth the lady who took us on tours was always very attentive and helpful 100% recommended The balloon pilot very prepared and you could see he knew what he was doing.

Wonderful way to see Teotihuacan from above, with lots of other hot air balloons as a bonus.
This was an excellent experience. The balloon's gondola held four people and the pilot (Gabriel, who was outstanding). The view of the pyramids was superb. The entire operation was very professional. Communication with the company was prompt, courteous, and seamless. I would recommend this to anyone!
