Had an interesting tour n excellent tasting today with Fernando.
Maria had an amazing knowledge that she shared in a very understandable way. Definitely worth doing
Fernando was a fantastic guide. We learned a lot about local wines and wine-growing in general.
Our tour guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and personable. She made the whole experience both enjoyable and informative, sharing her knowledge with passion. The personalised wine tasting was an experience on it's own. We learnt so much and our guide gave us her undivided attention. We would highly recommend this.
I had such a great time at the National Wine Centre of Australia. Roy was super friendly and really knowledgeable — he made everything easy to understand. The tasting was well chosen and a great way to learn about different Australian wine regions without feeling overwhelmed. Definitely recommend if you’re in Adelaide and want an easy, enjoyable wine experience
A wonderful tour detailing the process of producing and storing wine, the different types and preferences of wine, and a look around the impressive wine centre! I was the only one on this tour (as it was a random Friday morning!) but was made to feel so welcomed by the staff and the tour was perfectly tailored to my initial level of knowledge (minimal!). I was given the opportunity to try 5 different wines - one during the tour, 3 official tastings, and one small sample of a final wine which my host thought I'd enjoy, and they were all delicious, some of the best wine that I've had! Really enjoyed my time at the wine centre and would definitely recommend!
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the National Wine Centre where we received a warm welcome. The tour delivered by Maria, who is very knowledgeable and engaging, takes you outside to view the vines grown onsite. Once back inside, we learnt about the beautiful building, the history of wine making in Australia, differences between the various regions, industry practices etc. We then tasted some wonderful wines, by the time we had finished it was lunch time so we decided to stay on for lunch with a glass of wine.
Great Experience. A must do to improve your understanding of Wine and how it is described. No need to travel to different regions they have it all covered in their huge cellar. Tour guide was very knowelgable.
It was every penny worth the price for the tour and tasting. Saved a lot of driving and possibly explanations of wine growing/ production in Australia. Bought some great selections and cant want to share w/family and friends in the USA. Abraham was one of the smartest and most enthusiastic wine tour guides we've ever met. He deserves a raise or a Bonus!!
