The experience did not take place. The reservation was listed as confirmed and valid on Viator, so I showed up at the indicated location, but the service was not provided and the operator did not respond to my messages either. Currently, Viator is investigating the case and I have requested a full refund of what was paid. I hope that Viator can resolve it favorably.
This tour does not exist. We arrived and then contacted them. They told us that they don't offer this tour anymore. Still waiting for a refund now.
