Horse riding at sunset for 2 hours

Every time I come back to Cheval Essaouira, it feels like coming home. What continues to impress me is the genuine care, and attention shown every single time. There’s a real talent for understanding both the horses & the riders, and matching each person with the right horse. Today I experienced 2 rides, morning with my long favourite Salem and sunset with the gourgeous new addition Goldie...and what a fulfilling day this was!! Well trained horses,great landscapes & amazing guides as Rachid and Halim who simply added the spark at the top by keeping us safe, entertained and gifting us with amazing pictures and videos to remember the day. A truly special place that keeps making me want to come back. 🐴🤎

What a wonderful experience! I hadn't been on a horse for almost 34 years, but it seems it's imposible to forget. Galloping in the waves during sunset was just magical. I have to mention especially my lovely guide Abdul, who made me feel very confident after so much time without riding. He was so open and beside amazing galloping on the beach, we had some very nice chats. And he made some awesome videos! Last but not least, my dear horse, thank you Oscar ❤️

We came with my daughter who is an experienced rider, the horses are magnificent and the center offers rides by level, which allowed her to go with a group of experienced riders and she really had a great time without the frustration of being in a group that doesn't keep up. They were able to gallop on the beach. For my part, my level being lower, we left with a group of beginners. It's a shame there couldn't be a group with an intermediate level, but our guide ABDOU was super attentive, very nice, and after judging everyone's level, he allowed some of us to gallop a little at the back of the group in complete safety. The only downside, during this period the beach is shared between quads and horseback rides, except for the expert group which was able to move away and ride on the wilder part. A very good memory, I recommend it!

Love this place. I ride here many times in the year and have only good things to say about these stables and the team that run it. So much care goes into the training of the horses, ensuring that there are horses suitable for enjoyment of riders from beginner all the way to very experienced/advanced. The treks are really fun, especially the longer ones like 6 days, a great way to meet people and really get to bond with the horses. And incredible value for money. Really fun and relaxed atmosphere at the stables but with always a lot of attention to detail when it comes to horses. Noticeable that the horses have lovely top of the range tack, nice bridles with really good bits like a fair few Happy mouths, high quality saddlepads and really nice well-fitting saddles. Not easy to do this with so many horses in the stable and weather which makes leather care hard, so really good job from the team in keeping it all very high quality for the horses. Wholeheartedly recommend.
