Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. If you want to pay for a private tour and then end up on a regular group walking tour surrounded by a crowd of people, this is the company to book with.
The communication was extremely poor, and the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. We were promised one thing and received something completely different. When we tried to address the issue, the way we were treated was incredibly disappointing.
I definitely do NOT recommend this company. If you want a pleasant experience, professional service, and to actually receive what you paid for, save yourself the frustration and book a tour with another company.

Much more than just a reindeer experience.
Such a unique and fun experience. Andrew was our guide and was so friendly and knowledgeable. We learned a lot about Finnish culture and he gave us suggestions for where to eat and visit while in Helsinki. Overall a really great experience made even better with Andrew as our guide!

Family wholesome experience
we visited this park with our family. It was a very wholesome experience. The animals are very looked after the park is in great condition very authentic there is food and drinks included. That makes you feel like you’re a part of the atmosphere and you can feed the animals and you can definitely see that they are taking care of them and they have even some that are 10 years old here and the reindeer look very happy. overall, super happy with the with the experience here and would recommend to come to anyone!

Helsinki reindeer experience

Raindeer Adventure
It was a beautiful sunny day when we started the tour from our hotel. We drove to the forest wirh the lakes, the fresh air and fresh water. Blueberrys everywhere.
In the Raindeer Park you can feed and pet them, they really like it, but don't touch the antlers. You can eat and trink coffee in the tent and have a good time.

Great experience
We had a wonderful time visiting this reindeer park! The reindeer were well cared for, friendly, and it was such a special experience being able to get up close and feed them. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the animals, making the visit both fun and educational.
The park was clean, well maintained, and surrounded by beautiful scenery, creating a peaceful atmosphere. It was a memorable experience for both adults and children, and we left with some fantastic photos and great memories.
I would definitely recommend this park to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable day out. We can’t wait to visit again!

Very different from Narita Park
Very fun time, it’s very simple and straight to the point, just ignore the crowded place filled with idiots who do try and touch the deer, and you will enjoy it I’m sure
