Beware of the time
Give yourself extra time when planning your destination. The pick up time provided is not the actual arrival time; it is a general estimated pickup time. Plan accordingly and allow additional time for travel and possible delays.

Phone number on site not...
Phone number on site not accurate. Was fortunate to get a phone number from another tour company. Left message no one call for an hour. Picked up finally 40 minutes late from arranged site. Then proceded to pick others. Took over 2 hours from time assign for a 20 minute ride.

Airport pick up
I was not given a detailed pick up location. I had to call to find location for pick up. Another driver showed up close to my pick up location and agreed to take us to our destination.

Not at all what was promised was meant to be Mercedes sprinter. Turned out to be an old Ford Bus. Run down not happy

We had Gary as our driver. He was talkative & gave us useful information. Very nice guy. Got us to our hotel in good time & a great driver. Highly recommend this service
