Pickup Locations & Times

Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Playa Del Carmen: Coco bongo at Playa Del Carmen. The pickup time is set according to your location and starts at 06:00 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service. The golf cart is only for 3 people, and can be shared with clients of the same bus, if they are 2 or 1 person and want to go alone, they must pay the difference in space for not wanting to share

• It is necessary to have 3 people to use the golf cart or if they are 2 people and want to use only for them, they will pay an extra charge of 30 usd
• We are not responsible for forgotten or lost items on the tour, transportation, lockers, seats. Make sure you don't forget your personal belongings when getting off the transportation
• Bring your swim suit , one change of clothe, towell
• The golf cart is only for 3 people minimum, and can be shared with clients of the same bus, if they are 2 or 1 person and want to go alone, they must pay the difference in space for not wanting to share
• We are not responsible for items left and lost on the bus, make sure you bring everything with you at all times when you get off the bus.
• We first pick up and gather everyone in smaller vehicles to take them to the last meeting point where the main bus will be waiting.
