What an experience! This was hands down the best cooking class we've ever taken. It starts with gathering fresh ingredients from the local market, where everything is explained to give you a deep dive into Vietnamese cuisine. After that, you cook all the dishes with excellent guidance and the absolute highlight was cooking with the open flames! Afterward, you get to sit right on the riverfront and enjoy the meal you just made. We 100% recommend it!

What an experience! Our host Tram, organized our pickup from hotel, and met us at the local markets. She took us around the markets giving us knowledge of the local fruits, veggies and wet market. When it rained, Tram provided us with ponchos! We picked up our fresh ingredients from the markets, and then Tran took us back to her home, where we went on the round boat ride. A relaxing time being rowed around the river, with a quick stop to fish for crabs. We returned to Trans house for an amazing cooking lesson. The food - OMG - the best we’ve eaten in Vietnam so far!! Tram was patient, helpful and funny. Great time overall.
My daughter and I had a wonderful day we tasted and cooked the best food we have ever tasted Tram is a wonderful host and chef and made us feel so welcome in her home Highly recommend would definitely do it again Also we cannot wait to try the recipes at home !
We booked this the day before after I asked if it were possible to make the menu gluten free for my friend who is ceoliac. Tram responded almost immediately and accommodated for us. We were picked up promptly from our hotel and greeted by the most welcoming and friendly operators. The coconut boat ride was fun and included lots of photo opportunities, as well as the opportunity to throw our own fishing net and try crab fishing. Tram was so educational in her cooking demonstrations and so friendly! There was plenty of food for the two of us and the most delicious traditional Vietnamese food we’d had all trip. We highly highly recommend this!!
The absolute BEST cooking class ever !! The food was the best food we have eaten in Vietnam and such a great value for money !! Tram the owner was so lovely and made our time so enjoyable! Could not recommend this higher 10/10 Not busy at all!! Atmosphere was beautiful and the view from the house was beautiful over the river The coconut boats were also a fun add to the experience!
