We had such a wonderful day with Harry as our guide. He is so kind, knowledgeable and looked after us throughout our tour. We loved every aspect of this tour from the walking history of old town to the beautiful planter boat at sunset. Everything was timed beautiful and we never felt rushed. I also can’t recommend this company enough. Harry and his team looked after us from moment one, even arranging a cab from old town back to our hotel late in the evening so we could enjoy the area when the tour concluded. Above and beyond service. Do yourself a favor and enjoy the day with Harry and his team.
This is an amazing tour that will give you some of the major highlights to see in Hoi An along with some great history. It was so informative, fun and never a dull moment. The dinner was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this tour and our guide Harry is a fabulous guide!
We went on a delightful tour with tin tin. Going on the famous coconut boats and seeing some highlights of Hoi an. Tin tin was very helpful, fun and insightful and I would highly recommend this tour
I highly recommend this tour—it was so much fun from start to finish! TinTin was an amazing guide who was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable with her great sense of humour. Every activity was well organised, and I especially loved the boat ride. It was also a fantastic opportunity to try Hoi An's delicious traditional dishes, which made the tour even more memorable. If you're visiting Hoi An, this tour is definitely worth doing!
This experience was great , loved all aspects especially the lantern boats absolutely amazing , food was nice . Tin tin was a great tour guide . Would highly recommend 😊
This was a whirlwind tour of Hanoi and we really enjoyed it! Our guide Tin Tin met us from the taxi and made the trip very personal for us. She was very informative and told us a lot about the history of Hoi A during our trip. We walked around the beautiful streets, visited a silk house and jewellers. We stopped at a traditional tradesman’s house that backed into the river and left the Chinese part of the town over the Japanese bridge and pagoda. We then visited a music venue for some traditional music and dancing. After this we visited the coconut village and took a ride up the estuary with a lot of other tourists in similar boats. We entered a large open area and there were karaoke floats and boats gathered around to sing along - it was a rather strange experience but thoroughly enjoyable non the less! We returned to the village for a beautifully prepared meal. Following this we returned to the town as the light faded to experience a trip down the river on a small boat and released our lanterns on the river. Our host was excellent company and very friendly. She spoke really good English and we even taught her some Geordie words!!!! Highly recommend a trip to Hoi An, such a pretty, if not a bit overcrowded, place to visit.
Very well managed tour with a wonderful guide, Tin Tin who was very flexible, informative and lots of fun! A relaxed pace with a good mix of cultural history and fun activities.
This tour had some enjoyable moments, but there were also a few areas that could be improved. Communication before and during the tour was a little confusing at times. Our tour guide seemed quite busy and under pressure, so it wasn’t always easy to ask questions or get a clear idea of the schedule. One thing that disappointed me was the return transfer. My booking included transportation back to my hotel, but I was encouraged to walk instead because my hotel was nearby. While it was within walking distance, the transfer was part of the package I had paid for, so I would have preferred for it to be provided without hesitation. The highlights for me were the basket boat ride, which was a lot of fun, and our two boatmen, who was genuinely funny and entertaining. The food was decent, and the lantern release in the evening was a lovely way to end the tour. Overall, I’m glad I experienced it, but I do think it’s a little overrated compared with the expectations set by the reviews. With clearer communication and more consistent service, this could easily be a 4- or 5-star experience.
Fun with a lot of history and culture. Beautiful location. The shopping was great especially the tailors.
Tin Tin was great. It was my friend's birthday and she got a gift for him. She was very knowledgeable and everything was well organized.
