The Spirit features comfortable seating inside the island’s only enclosed cabin as well as out on our covered open-air deck. Our high-speed cruise allows you four hours in Savannah to sight-see, shop, take a trolley tour and find a restaurant for lunch. The Spirit offers an air-conditioned lower cabin, and an open-aired upper deck with a canopy for shade. Enjoy a drink from the Spirit's full bar, and take advantage of discounted trolley tickets available for purchase throughout the trip. The Spirit of Harbour Town is the only vessel on Hilton Head that offers a direct day trip to Savannah, Georgia. We hope to see you aboard soon!
Harbour Town Lighthouse
Enjoy a scenic cruise through the Intracoastal Waterway along the back side of Daufuskie Island as we wind through the Cooper River before entering the Savannah River.
As we make our way up the Savannah River, you'll be welcomed to the city by water with a view of the iconic Waving Girl Statue, a beloved symbol of Savannah's rich maritime history.
Arriving at River Street around 10:45 AM, you'll have over four hours to shop, dine, explore, and experience historic Savannah at your leisure. We'll depart Savannah 3:00 PM and begin our relaxing cruise back to Hilton Head Island arriving back to Harbour Town at 4:45pm.

- Please note: There are a set of 10 steps onto the Lower Deck (inside) and an additional 10 steps to get to the Upper Deck (outside) of the boat.

I thoroughly enjoyed the cruise to Savannah!! Enjoyed it so much that I’ll book again on my next visit. Saw dolphins, beautiful natural landscapes along the way, and the crew was phenomenal, especially Sam and Madison. They made you feel welcomed, like they were genuinely happy that you were on board. Plus, Sam introduced me to Cadillac Margaritas, which was a bonus!! The captain’s narration along the way was informative, and at times humorous, particularly when he told us about the 3pm departure time, “with or without you!” Have to appreciate the humor in that. We thoroughly enjoyed, were impressed with the hospitality and skill of the crew and look forward to booking future cruises with them.
It was hot outside, wasn’t that much better inside. They boarded/departed on time. Being a book or cards to pass the time.
The boat and crew were very good. Very friendly and helpful. It was hard to hear the captain explaining what we were seeing so we missed a lot of that. Would recommend to our friends. Good
All in all a good day out. The weather was on our side until we reached the dock on our return. I do wish we had more time to spend in Savannah

Nice smooth boat ride to Savannah and back to Harbortown. Weather was hot, but it's July. Great crew on the boat. Informative and helpful.
Very enjoyable trip over to Savanna. Reasonable prices for beverages and snacks on the boat. Nice scenery and crew was friendly. Trip back the engine was extremely loud. Left on time.

Excellent day trip. You don’t have as much time as you think so I would recommend a quick lunch option. There was a pizza slice place in the city market that was very popular but we did not eat there
