Hilton Hawaiian Village Turtle Snorkel with Optional Lunch

Fantastic crew and captain (captain nick, crewmates nick, and mike?). They quite literally sprang into action when a passenger got injured in the water by a jelly fish. I have never felt more safe, secure, and well taken care of during this excursion. I’d would use this company with this crew anytime time I’m back again on the island. Great experience and fun!

We had an AMAZING time! The crew were awesome and accommodating. But, snorkeling with the turtles,and all the different types of fish around us, was unbelievable!! We had an added surprise on our way back in when dolphins started swimming with the catamaran next to us, and then in front of ours! It was the highlight of our week on Oahu! HIGHLY recommend!!

Convenient location, but serious safety concerns. We chose this company because we were staying at the Hilton and the on-site departure was very convenient. Unfortunately, I did not feel safety was a priority once we were in the water. There was roughly one guide for every 10 snorkelers, no guide or rescue board watching from behind, and everyone was basically left to keep up on their own. The biggest concern came when my wife developed severe leg cramps in the water. I had to help swim her back to the boat myself, and when we got there, our guide was already on the boat taking a shower. In my experience with other snorkeling companies, guides stay with the group until everyone is safely back aboard. If you have children, inexperienced swimmers, or novice snorkelers, I would choose another excursion. There are plenty of other turtle snorkeling options in Waikiki that provide much closer supervision.

This was a great experience. We saw many turtles and too many beautiful fish to count. The crew was great. The only criticism I have is that the lunch could have been a little more substantial given the price of the experience.

First-class operation all the way. Corin, our captain, was awesome, as were the other two crew members. It's obvious they were concerned about our safety above all else, which we appreciated. Highly-recommended.

We got tricked into getting a discount compared with other similar snorkle with tourtles trips, life jackets were cheap and uncomfortable, we couldn't get of the safety pad and the instructor was more intrested in retrieving a falling snorkle in the water than helping myself and my kids to feel comfortable and get off of the safety pad, she just left us immediately and did not even care if we are struggling or not, and I saw other trips had the proper hard back and front life jackets but this trip had cheap blow up vest, my teen kids were not able to balance in the waves because the vest kept flipping them side to side. I do not recommend this company pay a bit extra and do it right, we waisted close to 600$ on this trip which we greatly regret. I wish if we paid the extra coupl of hundred and enjoyed or at least seen a tourtle for real.

Loved it! The crew was awesome, and the boat ride and snorkeling were first-class. We had a blast swimming with the Sea Turtles!

This excursion is way over priced! This should be advertised as a beginner snorkel trip The all women crew treated us like we were children . After a very long talk once we got in the water they wanted us to stay on a big mat and hear them talk again and all stay in a group to snorkel . Fyi They do make everyone wear a life jacket as well . The only good part about as seeing some turtles and some fish and easy to enter the catamaran from the pier by the Hilton , but it’s definitely not a good excursion for experienced snorkelers. The crew made this an absolutely terrible experience which was a trip we planned on Father’s Day for the dads with us, they didn’t even try to make it fun for us and we’re so uptight , afterwards I complained to the company and they accused us of having people in our party being under the influence of substances when none of us use drugs and only my husband and I had two drinks each . I highly recommend using another company if you want to have a good excursion! And not waste your money !

The two guys (the Capt and Jaxson) were great. The young lady was rude. I was told to get in the water so I did. I started to swim towards the area. She called me back and treated me as if I was not able to handle myself. She treated me like I was not capable to perform. She assumed because of my age and body type that I would need help. I'm almost 74 and 5 foot 10 inches tall weigh in at 235. She assumed I was to old and to fat to do the event. I cycle around 150 miles a week. I'm PADI cert. and I do some hiking with my 20 year old Granddaughter. I played football for many years and can take care of myself. She was just rude. I usually tip 50.00 per crew member but I only tip 100.00. I'm sorry that the rest of the crew had to split it with her.
