The High Roller has quickly become a must for any visitor to Vegas. Step aboard the world’s tallest observation wheel at 550ft tall and 520ft in diameter. Before getting on, make a pit stop at the bar and purchase a beverage to take onto the High Roller. Drink in hand, hop in your pod for a ride above the neon-lit landscape. Learn about the history of Las Vegas and some of the city’s landmarks (only here will you find pyramids next to the Eiffel Tower) from a witty narrator, whose voice is piped into the pod. If there is lightning in the area within 15 miles, it can be delayed for over an hour. You are allowed to use your same prepaid ticket up until the next two days.
Loved this experience. Thank god for the local management. Do not book through viator or trip advisor. They lied to me a couple times to try to calm me down. Waited an hour and did everything they said I needed to and they still didn’t help me. Just book once you get there. Yes there is a small line, but that’s better than there being an issue with your ticket and you miss an hour of vacation time.
It was ok but I think it would have been better in the evening. Saw alot of the backs of buildings. I guess I thought it would be more like the London Eye.
Unlike any Ferris wheel in the U.S. If they could have moved it a little more south you could have seen the Bellagio fountains. But no complaints. We got on around dush and shared a big space with a family of four without any crowding. A monitor keeps you abreast of your elevation and lets you know when you're at the top. Great views of the strip and the Sphere. Very smooth non stop ride that everyone should enjoy!
The High Roller is quite the engineering marvel, unbelievably giant yet smooth as silk ride. At the apex you are some 550 feet above the ground with spectacular 360 views of Las Vegas and The Strip in particular. You even get to see the Sphere displaying amazing graphics from the best vantage point possible. Reasonable price for what you get in my opinion. I recommend starting your ride about 15 minutes before the official sunset time in order to view the sunset AND see the Strip lit up in darkness. Total ride time is 30 minutes.
The open bar is definitely worth it with a big group, be sure to pencil in time for long lines if you have another place to be shortly after
Used TripAdvisor travel funds to reserve this experience. It was very cool! I would want to go back during the day and especially at sunset. The night time experience was amazing with all the casinos lit up.
Ride is about 30 minutes long, easy pace, able to get great photos of the Sphere! Tickets on entry were super convenient.
It was great. We really enjoyed it . We learned a lot and enjoyed the view. We would do it again when we go back to Vegas
It was awesome a lot of fun. The bartender was great very friendly and kept us all with drinks. We will tell everyone about it and highly recommend it
