enjoyed the day and tour Guide was informative and told great stories
Sadly disappointed. Chelsea Markets stalls weren’t open when we got there. The walk along the High Line was ok, but far too short. Guide was more interested in looking in hotel windows that talking about the construction, plants, renovations, etc.

A wonderful tour! Our guide, Steve, was amazing! As a native New Yorker, he was able to provide history and facts about the area as well as his personal experience. He was friendly and funny and gave us a great experience. The high line is beautiful and everyone should see it!

Patrick Sullivan was the guide for our Chelsea High Line Tour and he was fantastic! Initially I thought the tour would just be on and about the High Line, but Patrick provided so much more information. He gave background information that painted a picture of what the area was like and the changes it experienced over the decades. We learned about “Death Avenue” and how it received its name; the history of Chelsea Harbor, the buildings, the rise, decline and rise again of the High Line itself. Patrick is a great storyteller and weaves in interesting facts throughout his presentation, like the dark days of “crime & grime” when the High Line was no longer in use by anyone other than the homeless and the mafia. We learned he leads other tours too. I will be booking with him again in the future!

This was a great tour! Our guide gave us a very interesting overview of how the Chelsea neighborhood came to be… from past to present. She was very informative, interesting, and delightful! We visited several Chelsea locations and loved getting to walk the Chelsea high line!
