Bus pick up information – Important information for all pick up services - Please call Tasman Venture to confirm your pick up time. - Pick up window is 10 minutes either side of the pick up time – Please be ready and waiting outside the designated pick up location for the entirety of the pick up window. - Pick up and drop off times are approximate, Tasman Venture does not take responsibility for delays due to traffic or any other factor. - Our services are unable to wait for late passengers. - Passengers who miss the allocated pick up window will need to make alternative travel arrangements at their own expense.

- You will be asked to use our hand sanitizer station when boarding the vessel. Additionally, other hand sanitizer stations will be set up at key entry and exit points of the vessel and you will be encouraged to use these throughout the tour.

We went on an amazing half day whale watch tour this morning. Tasman Venture left on time and soon enough we were watching whales spy hop breach and continuously approach and surround the boat. The boat is ideal for those wanting to get great photos from a high deck or one closer to sea level. A small morning tea and afternoon snack were supplied to finish off an amazing morning. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hervey Bay.

A fantastic experience, the guides were knowledgeable and presented very well. All the staff were helpful and polite. The whales were so close and the whole experience was respectful to the wellbeing of the whales and not evasive or threatening in any way. I’m a retired Wildlife Officer - Well done to all involved.

Saw lots of whales which was great - the sea was rough but the crew were helpful with warnings about waves etc.

Great trip, saw lots of whales, had 6 around the boat at one stage, and learnt a lot about them as well, would recommend going.

It was amazing! Whales were so close they could have reached out a flipper and touch me... And a pod of dolphins in the same field of view as a breach?! If you've got sorcerers on staff I think they might be due a raise.

Great experience and knowledgeable staff, made a lot of effort to provide us with good sightings. The boat was a little crowded. The staff need to update the directions to the marina and explanation of parking.
