Aurelie’s private walking tour of Colmar stands out as one of our best ever. A Colmar native, she could answer any question and was able to enrich our knowledge with personal stories, reminisces, recommendations and anecdotes. Her English, honed from years of travel abroad, was excellent. The stipend to get a local treat was a very fun bonus, particularly because we had the option to choose the category (patisserie — as if anything else could be selected) and she walked us to “the best” and made recommendations on our selections. Colmar is an excellent, interesting, highly walkable destination and if you can get Aurelie as your guide, I think you’ll find this tour very rewarding.
