We had a good time at the Heineken Experience. Staff were super fun, and great Heineken beers. The tour combined a history with modern advances in brewing. We did think it was a little confusing as part of the tour was with a guide and part self-guided.
We had a wonderful afternoon exploring Heinekin. The tour guides were humorous and knowledgeable, The activities were fun and the beer was fabulous. Souvenirs were fairly priced.
If your a fan of Heineken - this is the tour for you. It has a relagively short waiting time to get in and friendly staff to give info dumps on Heineken history. It is a self guided tour, so you go at your own pace. Beware though, the staff will test you on your knowledge haha.
It was a good tour. The guides were very knowledgeable. The beer tasted great. Wish the rooftop was included with the price of admission.
Very well structured brewery tour. The guides are great. Everything was great from start to finish.
Totally unorganized. We had tickets to go first on the tour and then to the roof bar. Instead we were sent directly to the roof bar. There we were served beer which ran over the rim of the glass and spilled on to our clothes and hands. The tour wasn’t very informative and it was hard to hear the guides. The interactive stuff was just embarrassing, you shall pretend to be a beer bottle. The tour ends with a free beer which is poured the same way, dripping. The best thing was the shop and you can go there without a ticket .
If they drink beer 🍺 they’ll love ❤️ it. The technology was very nice. Also learning how to make beer was interesting who started it, what ingredients you need to make it.
We ddi the VIP tour. 75$/person. Excellent. 45 minute tour then the experience. First we went to Freddy's private bar to taste their co brands with light pairings. Next we went through their interactive video tour which was really cool. Finally they have a club Heineken in the basement and a roof top bar you could explore (not included in the VIP experience). It was neat. Our souvenier was a Heinekien 0 bottle with a custom label with our first names. Check for discount codes - we saw some ads in the Amsterdam airport after the fact to save you 20%.
Exceeded expectations Very fun and interactive Staff are very helpful and speak a wide variety of languages Went as a group of 4 with tour tickets and rooftop access and spend 2.5 hours there. Can be crowded at the start with the staff guide but groups spread out when you get to the self guided area. F1 and Champions League area's near the end were very good
It was so cool!! Fun, informative, got some drinks 🍻 and our guide at the beginning, Mina, was so nice - she knew it all…awesome!!
