Guide unaware that 3 of the buildings to visit were closed on Sunday. Sketchy knowledge.

She didn't know that the places she wanted to show us were closed on Sundays. Google? Had her canned speech but couldn't answer any of the questions asked about things we saw and didn't seem interested in knowing either. Spoke very very quickly. In the one church she pointed at a few things and then went off on her phone while we wandered on our own. English a bit hard at times.

Our tour of Heidelberg with Rythyma was great! She had contacted us the day before our tour and was very accommodating when we ran late due to having to find parking. I’ve been to Heidelberg before and I had some rough knowledge of the history of the city, but she pointed out lots of lesser known details. I would highly recommend this tour! Also, the recommendations she provided at the end the tour were fantastic. We tried 3 of the places she recommended and they all were delicious!
Shuni was a wonderful guide - gave us all the history and key info about Heidelberg. She clearly loves this city, and this came across in the tour. Lots of personal touches and insights.

Rythyma was a wonderful tour guide. She is knowledgeable about the area, and gave us just the right amount of information. She was also patient with adult kids and teens who wanted to stop and take a lot of pictures. Great experience!
Shuni had lots of info on the history of Heidelberg. It was both fun and informative. We woukd highly recommend!
Shuni was our guide and she was excellent! We were thrilled that there were only 2 of us on this tour. Therefore, she could accommodate our needs and questions perfectly. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and history. She also included a list of recommendations for restaurants and shopping which was appreciated. I would highly recommend this tour to others.
