Haunted Boston Ghost Tours

Description
Haunted Boston Ghost Tours, LLC is the oldest ghost walking tour in Boston. Owner, Hillary Kidd, started the company in 2005 as the only tour guide and the company quickly expanded with over 8 tour guides. The concept behind the ghost tours is to tell guests the "darker side of Boston's history" through good, old-fashioned storytelling. The guides do not dress up in costumes, use fake accents, nor rely on theatrics to entertain guests. "Theatrics are not needed when your stories are good, and we tell the entire gamut of creepy stories - ghost stories, haunted locations, murder, the macabre, books bound in human skin; as I like to say, we tell the 'other side' of Boston's history." Haunted Boston Ghost Tours owner, Hillary Kidd

Darren was very knowledgeable to greet stories and had a wicked sense of humor.
I had a fantastic experience on the Haunted Boston Ghost Tour! The tour was both entertaining and packed with fascinating information, stories, and history. Zach was an excellent guide — engaging, knowledgeable, and very respectful. He did an amazing job bringing the stories to life and keeping everyone interested throughout the tour. I really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Boston and looking for something fun, spooky, and informative. 👻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I liked the tour. I would personally appreciated more ghost stories. It was more about the history of locations, they didn’t go into much info on the haunts. He would just tell us the history asks say that people say it’s haunted without giving details on the haunts.
Not as described; the first half of the 1.5 hour tour was spent in 3 spots (lots of standing in one place) along the Boston Commons cemetery; from my purview it was an historical narrative rather than a ghost tour; perhaps it was a function this particular guide
If you are looking for extreme paranormal stories, this is not that tour. But if you are looking for some ghost stories and a fun way to learn about the history of the area - this one is great. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and able to answer questions. He kept it interactive. I would go on another tour with this guide again.
It was a really boring experience in all honesty. The tour guide really needs to work on her story telling skills. At points I was not even listening because it was really hard to understand where to story was going. Also, I wouldn't call this a ghost tour. We talked about two ghosts. Kinda creepy tour? I would not recommend this to anyone.
A fun knowable tour guide! He made it fun and was able to talk with everyone while walking from place to place.
Darren did a wonderful job showing us around the commons and to the Atheneum. Super informative, very knowledgeable, witty, and kind. Thanks Darren!
Great tour with a quick walk. It was hard to hear /impossible the guide when we were walking along the road to the Omni Parker. Traffic was nearby and unless you are next to the guide- we heard one or two words. Overall great stories. We did walk across grassy areas and up stairs, if someone has mobility difficulties.
It’s a history tour not a ghost tour . The tour guy talked the whole time with his eyes closed - it was very weird !
