This is my first ever review, I never felt the need to ever write one however, this is a total scam. The tour was advertised on Tripadvisor for a 10am pickup, I also had a horse riding activity booked the same day in the afternoon for 3pm so I decided to book the Hatts trip in the morning as I was assured by someone at Tripadvisor that as this is a private tour so that we have the option to return back before 3pm in time for our next activity. Once booked the tour operator got in touch advising pickup would be 1pm as Hatta Dam is closed until 3pm nowadays. Okay, so there is no mention of this on the website at the time of the booking if I had knowledge of this I would never have booked in the first place. I explained the situation to the tour operator he was very unhelpful as so was the people at Tripadvisor, I then proceeded to request a full refund because I was completely misled, told can’t refund as I’m cancelling within 24hour period. No one is bothered taking responsibility so out of pocket, never attended the tour, tour operator is quids in and completely ignoring my messages. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this tour operator and Tripadvisor. Please do not book with these people. Scammers!

Hatta Water Dam
You can drive your car along the water’s edge, hike between photo stops and spend some time soaking up the natural beauty of the mountainous area around the dam. The best way to take in the views is directly from the water; Hatta Kayak offers rental services starting at AED60 for kayaks, canoes, paddle-boating and more, so you can paddle your way across the smooth waters (note that you can't bring your own equipment, and must use gear from Hatta Kayak).
Hatta Heritage Village
The Hatta Heritage Village is famous for tourists, This restored antique village is one of the oldest in the country, dated back to approx. 300 BC. Meticulously reconstructed stone houses and water wells sit among two observatories towers, majlis, and fort. There’s also a collection of old photographs that represents traditional life in Hatta, and a museum showcases old household tools and weapons. You can visit the Al-Sharia palm farm for a great example of the ancient falaj (irrigation system).
Hatta Swan Lake Bridge
Beginning the journey you will wear bee clothes and be introduced to the educational videos about the bee you will then take a tour of the garden of bees to see the type of trees that produce honey and view the types of hives used in past and present your introduction to the world of bees.

Our family had a fantastic time on this hatta Day Trip. The entire tour was very well organized, and the pickup was punctual. The mountain scenery was breathtaking, and the activities were exciting and suitable for all ages. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help. Everything went smoothly, making the trip stress-free and enjoyable. It was definitely worth the money, and we created beautiful memories together. Amazing Hatta Tour Experience! Had an incredible experience visiting Hatta. The mountain views, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful scenery made the trip truly memorable. Had an amazing experience on the Hatta Tour! 🌄 The views of the Hajar Mountains and the beautiful turquoise water at Hatta Dam were absolutely breathtaking. Kayaking in the dam was the highlight of the trip, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect escape from city life. We also explored the Heritage Village, enjoyed the fresh mountain air, and captured some incredible photos along the way. The whole tour was well organized, comfortable, and full of adventure.
