Harry Potter Warner Bros. Studio Tour London with Transport

We opted for pickup at our flat. Edmund was right on time and took very good care of us. We finished the tour a little before our alotted time and he was on hand to take us home. A very pleasant experience.

The location in Baker Street was rude and just unhelpful. There was some confusion about the tickets and they were rude and not helpful. I would never use their service again. Beware. You can do public transit and just buy your tickets for the tour instead of paying for this useless service. You even have to pay more to have a flexible ticket time back as well.

Great experience and the scenes were totally worth it. Kind staff and the atmosphere was amazing. However 4 hours were not enough. There was a huge queue for food so you had to spent at least 30 minutes there. Maybe its better to book your own transport. Gift shop did not meet our expectations. Overall 4 stars.

The experience with the operator was very good, no issue and no cue in general. Time for travel was respected. All good!

Harry Potter experience was top notch. It could easily take 4 hours plus if you want to do the audio guide with the immersive content. We had to rush through the second half of the tour due to bus departure time as the block between when you can enter and when you come back is 3 hours and 45 minutes. If you are a Harry Potter super fan and want to experience the whole thing at your own pace I’d recommending taking the train up and back so you can make your own schedule. The bus was comfy and convenient though. The movie was fun but glitchy and some screens on the bus were broken. Was not able to hear the movie on the way back as the earphone jacks were broken.

It was a wonderful experience which I enjoyed so much! Everyone who worked there was helpful and supportive ready to direct you or explain to you and give you the excitement and the joy of how this enormous production was filmed! It was a fantastic day full of surprises magic and wonderful people! A special thank you to everyone who make that tour a day to remember!

A disgrace. Avoid at all costs! I have never seen such a scam. Booking of 3 tickets for the Harry Potter Studio. On my ticket, no return time is indicated and it says "flexible return" with the last bus departure. We arrived at check-in at 8:00 AM as indicated on the ticket; once there, I was told that the return is not flexible, that the visit lasts 7 hours, and that we have a scheduled return time of 1:45 PM. What was my surprise? I pointed out to the gentleman that it says flexible return; he insisted that it did not, refused to listen to reason, and told me that for a return at the time of our choice, we had to pay £15 more per person! That is £45 total!! Theft! When I told him it was shameful and that I would leave a bad review for false advertising, he told me he would no longer sell me a flexible return; I had to raise my voice and tell him it was illegal for him to give in and sell me the flexible return. In addition to robbing us, it is a complete scam. With check-in at 8:00 AM, arriving at 7:00 AM means we leave at 3:00 PM, not 1:45 PM; furthermore, we only had studio entry at 10:00 AM, so if we include studio entry, that makes it 5:00 PM. So in any case, they are liars who do not want to hear anything, even though we spend nearly £400 with them. FURTHERMORE, because yes, it is not over, the drivers are incredibly reckless. The first driver on the way there was driving dangerously, fast, and almost hit other vehicles. The second one, on the way back, was driving fast and went over speed bumps without slowing down; there were no seatbelts, and at such a speed we were shaken in every direction and scared for our safety. In short, a deplorable experience that I do not recommend and would advise against to all the people I know! I will never use Golden Tours' services again. Run away!

Excellent friendly and efficient service from driver Azeez. Punctual and informative. The studio tour itself was very worthwhile - plenty to see and very interesting and entertaining.

Golden Tours made the trip to Warner Bros Studios easy and hassle-free. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Bus picked us up at the right time and got us to the WB Studios (approximately one hour). Coming back, exactly the same - perhaps a little longer due to traffic in London, but not by much. Harry Potter Tour itself was excellent. Definitely plan on being in there for 3 hours or so. Yes, there are other ways to get to the HP tour from Central London. Indeed, they maybe cheaper. But can’t fault this way.
