The tour was really great! Our guide, Charlie, was super funny, entertaining, friendly, and very attentive. He was always happy to answer our questions and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend doing this tour! We learned so many interesting things about Harry Potter, and the different locations we visited were really fun and fascinating. 🪄✨
My sister and I shared this experience and we had a really great time! Our guide Charlie was amazing and brought a lot of good entertainment and loads of info into the tour. I would truly recommend this tour as you can learn a lot about the filming of Harry Potter, find new places around London and burn some calories while doing so:) THANK YOUUU! We had a lovely time!!
Good experience to visit London and see different locations - and not only Harry Potter related ones. The guide also told us some fun facts about London.
Lovely experience. Jericho was great from the begining (he waited for us despite being late). He was also very polite, well informed and hilarious from time to time. 5 stars for him. The admission fee was not an issue for us since it was included in our London Pass. The length of visit was more than enough, but not too extense. Great atmosphere. Not crowded at all, we were the only people in that group.
Interesting guided tour to do if you are a Harry Potter fan
We are avid Harry Potter fans and were looking forward to this particular tour during our trip. Unfortunately, the tour guide Chris made us regret the entire experience. He lacks the ability to have genuine interaction, or any interest in interaction, compared to other guides we had during walking tours in London. We were set to arrive 20 minutes before the tour time but due to train disruptions and our ride being terminated, We scrambled to get ourselves there and we were quite proud that we were 1 minute late with the ordeal. Chris made it known that he was not happy with us. At one point during the tour, I called to him to ask him a question and he could not be bothered to turn around and instead shouted a "yes" at me as if to acknowledge me. Unlike other guides we had during walking tours, he was not relatable and had no interest in interacting with anyone while walking between sites. Unfortunately for the company, we will not be recommending this tour to anyone. Also, I would highly advise you make people aware that they will be expected to ride the tube during the tour and to have payment ready - we did not know this but fortunately it wasn't a big deal; for the families that were in our group it caught them off guard.
Dear Erin, We are sorry to hear you had a negative experience to the tour. It is mentioned on our website tour page that the tour takes the tube, however depending on who you booked through, sadly not all 3rd party sellers feature this information, hence why the guide checks at the beginning of each tour. But we are glad to hear it wasn't a big situation. We can only apologise for the guides behaviour. Chris is normally an outgoing, energetic person but evidently, he was not in his usual good form for your tour. Kind regards, Brit Movie Tours
Owen was great. That was a super tour
Wonderful tour! One of my most favorite parts of our London experience. Ian shared lots of information about Harry Potter plus other fun tidbits about London.
Great tour, we had really fun.
The guide Rory was very kind, patient, and told us many very interesting things. He spoke slowly to make the children understand. We couldn't have asked for better!
