The experience was one of fast and slick. From arriving to the table, where the waitress was attentive and quick with the drinks order, the food order was as quick. On the meal I could not say a bad word as it was exactly what we ordered and hot. Which I have found hard to get hot food in other restaurants. All in all a very enjoyable evening at the Hard Rock cafe times square.

Came for a drink at the bar, Bruno our bartender has been fantastic. No question is too much for him to answer, he has been patient with us and has been incredibly helpful. I would come back again just for his hospitality, and would recommend to anyone. Our drinks were made quickly but made well, and tasted great. Thank you Bruno from 2 very happy Brits!

Decent food and service although even though booked a table for 8pm then had to queue to get seat that took 20 minutes. Service like I said ok and food not bad at all Although medium steak more like well done. The annoying thing is the false passive aggressive pressure to tip 25% plus. The give you a piece of paper telling you you should tip this not that it’s a disgrace! It comes in 8 languages and disgusting! Soured the whole experience
Hello Marces, Sorry you feel that way i do appoligize about that. And i understand you did not appreciate the card however Many places now include a "suggested tip" on the receipt or payment tablet, though you are free to enter a custom amount.

We didn’t have reservations and was looking for a sit down restaurant to have lunch. We were able to be seated fairly quick. Our waitress was super friendly and made recommendations for drinks and food. The prices were fair compared to other restaurants in the area and the food was pretty good.

– Ruined our nightWe were forced to leave before finishing our meal because the restaurant was hosting a private event. When I asked to be moved to another table, the staff claimed none were available and told us we had to leave. Only after I mentioned filing a formal complaint did they magically find a table. However, the manager then refused to serve us, stating that if we wanted anything, we had to get it ourselves. To make matters worse, the manager approached us twice more trying to kick us off the new table to give it to other customers. Absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful behavior.

Booked evening meal whilst on holiday as son is really into music and bands. Not much to see. Food was cold. Stella artois beer was disgusting. Although it was not very busy we felt like we were being rushed out. Sorry we went as it was not a good experience.

Cool atmosphere located right at Times Square. Great food at prices that are affordable by New York standards. During peak times, I definitely recommend reserving online in advance.
