They would not honor the purchase I made on here. They said it must be a scam. It was a long wait to get in and a long wait to order food.

Enjoy a prix-fixe menu at the Nashville Hard Rock Cafe. Classic American cooking comes to the heart of Music City, where you’ll enjoy a 2- or 3-course meal with your choice of theme. Each option comes with a drink (coffee, tea or soda) and dessert. Expect entrees like the classic cheeseburger, a half-rack of hickory-smoked ribs, salmon, steak and even some vegetarian options. Cheers!

Very good experience and food as usual.
Should have read previous TA comments before booking. Being on the edge of Music Row I was expecting this to be an iconic HRC. Instead the venue is small and the music was relatively quiet. Never had previously a poor HRC meal. My wife’s burger was lukewarm. Mine was positively cold . Ok they replaced it and this was cooked as would expect, but this meant didn’t eat meal the same time as my wife. Lukewarm apology from manager
We went for lunch after the Tour of Stars Homes Tour, the tour meeting place is right across the street so we were able to just walk there. We all had smash burgers & fajitas, all the food was excellent as was our server. The reason I gave only 3 stars is that, in comparison to the many other Hardrock Cafe's we've been to, it was really small. Because of it's size, the gift shop was minimal (I actually left with nothing which has never happened at a Hardrock) and the displays were all hanging on the walls in a way that made it impossible to view or photograph them without disturbing someone's meal. We all expected more from a Hardrock, Nashville deserves better!
Dined as a party of 6 having just arrived in Nashville. Despite the cafe being relatively large there were few customers present. We had a range of main dishes and were disappointed by them all. Presentationally they were unappealing and all 6 meals were quite cold. The restaurant was also quite cold. The waiter wasn't overly engaging and given the standard of the food, this isn't an HRC that I would visit again which is a pity given it's iconic location.
Well..we could park for 90 minutes while we went inside. $30 then they would validate our parking, which was fine. Their stoves were down, so we had a drink & walked down the block to their bigger store which was great! There are like 3 spots in front of the building otherwise all lots are like $30 per hour & I guess there is a garage $40 all day. 1 & done. Their lower level bathrooms were out of order, so upstairs was the option which was cool cuz that's where the Beatles memorbila was. We did not do a tour.
We just got a drink here but the bartender was so personable. Great prices and atmosphere. Every worker we came in contact with was amazing
Great service, even during the CMA festival. Plenty of seating to sit and relax with a beer after the chaos going on outside. Food was really good as you would expect in a Hard Rock.
I love hard rock and get excited to visit. We were surprised that the restaurant was not busy but delighted we got a table easily. Our waiter was not the best he told us what he liked but didn’t really listen to what we wanted. The waiter at the next table was lovely, chatty and friendly. I had waiter envy. The food and drink was ok but I was halfway through my main when the bill was brought. I usually like to have a doctor two and try the signature drinks and food but I felt as thought I wasn’t able too. One of the worst experiences ever!
One of the best HRC experiences we have had. Addison is an absolute legend, and an asset to the team. He looked after us, nothing was a problem at all. Food and beverage recommendations were on point, and he even showed us a part of the cafe we would have otherwise missed. Food arrived quick, hot and portions generous. Great service all round Will be back as soon as we can!
