However, you will have a chance to taste some of the most famous dishes of the Hanoi people. Your local guide will give you an insight into the intricacies and traditions of Vietnamese food culture including details on ingredients and historical backgrounds of popular northern dishes. The food was very tasty and nutritious My guide Linh Chi explained ingredients as well as "how" to eat some of the dishes. She even helped me to navigate the traffic in the busy Old Quarter. One of the places was Michelin starred. It was a wonderful evening and Chi is an excellent guide.
