Hanoi City Highlights Guided Tour

The worst organised tour I've ever been on! Our guide (Grace) was hopeless. At the the first location she gave a very brief outline of the temple before disappearing and leaving us to look round ourselves. Other tours were receiving detailed explanation from their guide. And so it went on.... Limited explanation and failure to mention that the best exhibits at the museum of ethnography were the reconstructed dwellings In the grounds. Lunch was good and in a pleasant restaurant. In the afternoon Grace promised to provide a better service. Her explanations were limited and her organisation was poor. The trip was further marred by the arrival of some new tourists who had signed up for a half day tour. Their behaviour was appalling, with no respect for Grace or the rest of the group. The tour had great potential, but unfortunately Grace failed to deliver.
