great foodie experience
michaela was awesome. we learned how to make fettucine and ravioli, and a kind if gelato. we actually made the dough and then made, rolled, formed the pasta. unfortunately we didnt get to really make the sauce, but we learned how to make it, the proper recipe, ingredients and process.
what we ate was delicious, from the twin appetizers and prosecco starter, through the prosecco-fueled cooking, through diner and dessert, everything was truly excellent. what made our experience richer was the hour-plus time we spent chatting and drinking wine with Michaela (she only sipped a little to be polite) si we learned so much about Rome and italy and cooking.
Operator response
It's great to hear that you had a wonderful experience with our service and connected with Michaela as your instructor. We're glad that you were able to at leastaquire some new skills and have fun even if you didn't get to make the sauce. You are of course always welcome to come on the journey with us again or even invite more friends to come on the journey with you. Thank you for the kind and thoughtful review!

Fun and delicious!
One of the best meals we ate in Rome was the one we prepared with Davide at InRome Cooking. This class was a really fun way to spend an afternoon. We wandered around the Campo di Fiori for a bit buying ingredients for our gnocchi and parmigiana and then headed back to InRome Cooking where everything was ready for us to get started. The parmigiana was fun to learn to make, and I'm still hoping I can replicate the gnocchi at home sometime. The sauce we made for the gnocchi was amazing (some sort of wine, sausage and mushroom concoction). We also prepared panna cotta. When the cooking was done, we sat down to the delicious meal we had prepared with Davide, beautifully presented, including wine.
The facilities were nice - they had a couple of kitchen areas. One was quite large for bigger groups. Our class was tiny (I guess most people want to take the pizza/pasta class), so we were in a smaller kitchen. It was not hot, even in mid-July, so I think they must have some sort of air conditioning. And everything was super clean and orderly.
We definitely loved our cooking class and would be happy to take another class from InRome Cooking should we return to Rome in the future.

Excellent, fun and relaxed
We loved shopping for our own recipe with our cook Daniele. He was kind, helpful, clear and understanding.
The class was well prepared, we were not in a rush and the food was delicious.
Quantities were abundant (we were in 2 but made parmigiana for 6 and panda cotta for 4!)
The school is beautiful, big spaces lots of light and nice people.
I suggest it to anybody!

Bello, informativo e molto buono!
Max and Francesco took excellent care of our sprawling it-consultant group. With humor and great felling for the group's needs they guided us through the market and showed some true gems of Rome's food stores. Sharing their recipes and traditions with great pride whilst being very educative.

Maître Parmigiana et Gnocchi avec Farmers Market Shopping
I picked this experience for the 30's birthday of my Girlfriend. Davide our chef made it a very enjoyable course, from going to the market to cooking without feeling rushed but still learning some useful tips we ended up with a very yummy meal ! Plenty of great touches made it really special, prosecco, nice wine and the candle on the panna cotta !
Grazie!
