The meeting point is We'll meet you in Old Town San Diego, "The first city of California" at the above address. We'll come outside of our factory to meet and greet and welcome you inside to begin our tour. Hotel pickup is not part of this experience.

We showed up half hour early for our 10am appointment and had to wait until 11:30 with a no show. This is after calling and texting from the day before. We never got a response. Called Viator and they also attempted to call to no avail. What a let down. We ended up going over to the Cuban Cigar Lounge to at least enjoy a good cigar.
The host was very warm and welcoming. The cigars were excellent. We were able to go at our own pace. We even stayed afterwards for a smoke with locals. It was a great experience.
Was a wonderful experience learning about the history of cigar making and being apart of it. Was running about 10 mins late but Endy was very understanding. Making the cigar was fun and a great the experience as a whole was a unique thing to do here in San Diego. Definitely would recommend doing this but make sure to have time to hangout afterwards so you can also enjoy a nice stogie. :)

The guy didnt even show up. I cancelled another Viator experience because it conflicted with this. The phone number on the booking ticket was a number that was no longer in service. The place looked like it hadnt been open for quite awhile. Very disappointed. However, Viator was very accommodating.
I booked this experience for my husbands birthday and we were so excited. We got to the meeting spot early and waited out front with coffee. I messaged the event coordinator that we arrived and then later to let him know we would be leaving in 30 minutes. He did not respond. This experience seems cool but would have been lovely if we actually got to do it.

“The Art of the Cigar” hand rolling with Endy Diaz, was an absolute amazing experience!! Under Endy’s expertise, my family of six learned how to hand roll cigars! The entire cigar hand rolling experience was an exceptional demonstration of the art, history, family legacy, traditional craftsmanship of growing tobacco and making cigars!!. In each step, Endy taught us art of hand rolling, and the importance of making each step deliberate, reinforcing the skill and patience required of professional torcedores! Most importantly, this experience deepened our appreciation for traditional cigar craftsmanship, the beautiful history of cigar making with informative videos, and, of course, great music! Overall, this cigar rolling experience successfully combined technical learning with sensory evaluation. It was both informative and enjoyable, and it provided valuable insight into the art and science behind a well-made cigar. Highly recommended for anyone interested in tobacco culture, craftsmanship, and learning about cigars. Endy is a Navy Vet, and I will be bringing my Marine brothers by to experience “The Art of the Cigar!” 5/5, 10/10. Perfect score of 100%
