No Refund: If you cancel less than 3 days before the scheduled date. -No refunds for weather unless Hanauma closes. *Tours may change or be canceled depending on weather, traffic conditions, minimum number of participants not met, etc. *We will be unable to upload images in unforeseen events such as camera malfunctions, etc.

From pickup to drop off everything was great. We all beginner snorkelers. Fumosa was great guide. Took great pics for us. Would definitely recommend. We had awesome time.

Fumio was a great guide and very patient with our daughter who was a little apprehensive about snorkeling. She had water, snacks, and beach blankets available for us. Even got to see three sea lions relaxing on the beach. It was a great experience at Hanauma Bay!

The tour guide was very good - she drove the group to the Hanauma Reserve. She was able to get us through check in and orientation quickly. Once we took the tram down she provided guidance in the water and took some wonderful pictures. I would definitely recommend this tour.

The guide was excellent and supportive of people who were beginner snorkelers. The bay was beautiful and full of sea life. I enjoyed having photos of the trip so I could just enjoy the experience.

1.5 hrs of snorkeling paradise. Lots of fish, not as many people in the am. Oue guide was awesome!! So helpful and kind.
