So many tourist cruise boats at Halong Bay!
Our tour guide Nâm and the bus driver were outstanding and made this the best possible experience for the group! They communicated well and very clearly prior to and at every step of the tour. Their professionalism was impressive. Unfortunately, as outstandingly beautiful as Halong Bay is, the masses of tourists took away from the experience (not the fault of our guides, of course). Halong Bay has fallend prey to its own success - and the area is being developed rapidly with new resorts under construction.

Great Experience!
We booked local tours with Your Vietnam Travel (YVT) in Hanoi, Sapa and Hanoi. We opted for customized hotels and activities in these places and YVT did a great job in putting up their recommendations according to our budget. Our questions were promptly dealt with before our departure and instructions/details during the tour were shared with us so we knew exactly what to expect in each leg.
