Half-Day Upper Colorado River Float Tour from Kremmling
Description
This wonderful Colorado River float trip is a gently flowing section that is inviting to all ages. You’ll encounter a few small rapids as the Colorado River winds through the Gore Range and Mountain Ranchland. This is a relaxing day with time to sunbathe, swim or just relax and enjoy the day on your Colorado River rafting trip. The Colorado float half day trip is available two departures per day. This trip departs from our Kremmling Outpost, where you will check in and load an AVA vehicle for the 30-minute drive to the Colorado River. We run from Pumphouse Recreation Area to Radium on this trip. This takes place on the hear to of the upper colorado, the perfect raft trip whether you're coming from Winter Park, Steamboat Springs or Breckenridge.

We had such a great time rafting this weekend! 🚣♀️🌊 Our guide, Francy, was absolutely awesome—fun, energetic, and had a great sense of humor that kept us laughing and enjoying every minute of the trip. Campbell and Jess were also part of our adventure, and they were just as fun to be around and listen to. The whole crew made the experience entertaining, memorable, and something we’d definitely do again! If you ever get the chance to go rafting, we would absolutely recommend asking for Francy, Campbell, and Jess. They made an already amazing experience even better! Thanks for such a fun adventure and some great memories! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

River was low but it was an enjoyable float with a few quick runs. The trip was a perfect length for a morning float. Very knowledgeable guides!

Wonderful, well organized float with gentle rapids on the Colorado River! We celebrated my husband’s 50th Birthday! A great memory! Our guide, Parker, was so kind and so fun!
Great day on the river. We went in the middle of a drought that closed other rivers but we had a surprising amount of white water in low water conditions. Our group of 6 aged 77 to 6 and everyone had a blast.

Awesome experience, perfect for a family rafting adventure! The guides made it exciting while keeping things safe. Including a 30 foot cliff jump!!

The half day float was a great experience. My friend and I had a lot of fun with beautiful scenery. All the guides were so friendly and helpful. This can be enjoyed by all ages.

The tour guide texted us the wrong address and sent us to one of their other locations. We drive an hour to the location to be told they had to switch to another location due to low water levels. The manager told me that they would wait for us since she said the mistake “was on them.” The new location was an hour and a half drive the opposite direction and despite the fault not being ours, the tour guide refused to wait for us after we drove another hour to try to make it. They never apologized and didn’t offer any alternative options to be able to join our extended family on a trip that we had really been looking forward to. We wasted 3 hours driving, money and time on purchasing rafting gear, had to deal with upset children who missed out on rafting with their cousins, and received zero grace from this company despite this being the company’s mistake. I would caution against using this company, unless you like rolling the dice on your vacation…

We had a wonderful time! Chloe was an exceptional rafting guide. We would love to have her again-she even made my daughters feel extra special with glitter sparkles for their face Jackson, who led the whole group was also great and very funny. The rapids the cliff, jumping all in all was a wonderful time
