Half-Day Trip from Key West with Kayaking, Snorkeling & Sunset

Booked this as a surprise for our anniversary and although it had to be pushed back another day- it was a super easy process and they offered other options if the excursions I wanted weren’t available or to provide a full refund. The actual excursion as amazing and wonderfully captained by Marie and guided by Lauren/ Kaylee. They were excellent hosts, kept us engaged throughout the trip, and made us feel safe. The boat was clean and they provided clear and direct expectations/ rules from the guests. The guided kayak tour from Kaylee proved to be educational & fun all wrapped in one! It was such a beautiful and relaxing moment of the trip. I would highly recommend booking with Danger Charters and getting to meet these lovely ladies!

Last minute booking that exceeded expectations. Our boat only had six customers, captain Travis and family rdt mate Trevor were attentive and made it a fine evening. For what you pay for and time on the boat, well worth the money for the experience. Snorkel time and kayaking were great and finalized by a sunset cruise.

The crew was great thumbs up for Daniel Travis, and Ed. We snorkel road kayaks and had a sunset cruise back home. We were chasing the storm, but we beat it.

The crew was phenomenal and very attentive. We saw a lot of the local wildlife and learned a lot about the ecosystem too!

What a great time ! The kayaks were great. I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable the seat were as other times I have used a kayak the sets were terribly uncomfortable. Lexie was an awesome guide and first mate. She worked her butt off to help Captain Joe give an awesome afternoon. The snorkeling was really cool. The friend we were with had been snorting several other times & places and agree this was one of the best they had experienced, Overall wonderful day !!!

We had a blast with Joe and Trevor. They were very helpful and funny. The group we had were all strangers at first but we had the best time. The sunset was awesome!

Joe and Trevor were the best! Trevor waited on us hand and foot. Always making sure we had food and drinks . Sunset was beautiful. Snorkeling was an adventure and kayaking was peaceful. If you like fun then book this adventure.

What an outstanding experience with Captain Joe and Connor. We had originally booked the sunset and kayaking trip and we were called in the morning and asked if we could bring it forward by an hour, not an issue. Check in was easy, we arrived 30 mins early as directed and had to wait for the captain, no issue. Captain Joe and Connor couldn’t do enough for us on the boat, both were knowledgable and pointed out items of interest on the way. Snorkelling was great, they had loads of equipment including noodles for those who weren’t strong swimmers… first thing I did was drop my flipper in the water 🤷‍♀️ Connor to the rescue, flipper retrieved and off we went to do some amazing snorkelling. Connor was in the water too and pointing out where all the fish were, seen some gorgeous fish! Later on we stopped at a sandbank, and could kayak if we wished, we went with Connor round the island and stopped on a sandbank in the middle of nowhere, again Connor was talking us all about the mangroves, and the wildlife. Then we were able to float around the sandbank for a while, before the trip back which we had the most stunning sunset, then just before we docked, the dolphins came up to say hello… almost as if they were paid to pop up at that exact time… stunning! Nobles were served on board and there was plenty of drinks to go round, no alcoholic drinks until after snorkelling which seems very sensible to me. I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough.. it was an absolute highlight of our trip to key west.

So great! Snorkeling gear in great shape…Crew was helpful and fun. Sunset unbelievable with some dolphins saying goodbye as we got back. Beautiful sailboat.
