Niko was a great host! He was very knowledgeable of each place we visited and he was also super friendly and patient with any request we had. I would absolutely book with him again.

Our guide Fernando was fantastic - very personable, energetic, and knowledgeable. The rest of the tour was disappointing. So much time was spent picking up and dropping off everyone at their hotels on each side of the tour. The van we were all in was tight, the window tint was so wrinkled it was hard to see out and impossible to take a picture through, and it was very hot.
First positive was it was a great way to see inside the city. The cons were :that the ac in van had broken air vents so on a hot day you didn’t get much comfort, you got one really small bottle of water during the whole tour, and lastly our tour was a mix tour ( Spanish/ english) which is fine. I love history and read many things, however, our tour guide was nice but gave way too much information in Spanish ( we stood and listened and looked around for minutes) and then he talked in English. The last stop is a jewelry store that is cool but not needed because they just try to sell you emeralds. I wouldn’t recommend this trip overall.
We waited 1/2 hour in the heat and when bus got there the only seats were behind the driver with no view either forward or out sides of bus. Couldn’t understand most of what guide was saying even though it was Spanglish. Boring tour too.
I registered via TripAdvisor for the tour. I listed my hotel name for pick up. I received confirmation and a ticket from Viator. I received a text message the day before the tour. I was waiting at my hotel lobby on time. 10 minutes no Van pick up. I called with assistance of hotel staff. Tour staff said they didn’t have my hotel name. They also said they emailed me about this. I never got an email from them. Apparently the van is already at the other side of town so they can’t pick me up. They cancelled the tour and requested a full refund for me. So let’s see if that actually will happen.
We had a great time and learned a lot about the city and the sites we saw! Our tour guide was amazing and very friendly! I would definitely recommend it to anyone! Please note that if you're cruising, they do not pick up at the port and you need to get a Uber to the historic town where they can pick you up! Definitely recommend getting a Uber over a taxi, the taxi drivers will just try and rip you off!
It was a great tour. I saw sights I didn't see during my while stay. You learn a lot of history. I will say if you're an English speaker you do get less narration than Spanish speakers. But that's understandable.
It was okay, felt like not covered everything like clock tower, local streets etc. not reached expectations
From start to finish we had a great experience on the tour, the guide was great, friendly and very knowledgable.
WAS very good choice but they changed our point of pick up at the last minute and we had to walk much more than expected under the SUN...
