Half Day Snorkeling in Moorea

Great experience! Saw whales, dolphins, fish, turtles, and loads of coral. Great staff, great boat, great gear, and great time.

Definitely recommend Corallina Tours if you want to have an amazing snorkeling experience in Moorea! Our guide Maui (not sure of how to spell it) was so nice and our boat driver (Mari) as well! They explained us the story of the island and really interesting information. We managed to see all the sea animals they were guiding us to see: sting rays, shark, turtle & a bunch of beautiful fish! We loved every second of this experience :)

Great tour! Had been on a different one before, but loved that this included a drift snorkel with turtles and eagle rays - so special. Guide and driver were lovely, and the fresh fruit was delicious.

I think these types of trips are a great way to see a bit of the island and get to otherwise inaccessible snorkeling spots that you can't reach from shore. Guides know right where to go for various wildlife. We saw sharks and stingrays up close and also some turtles and eagle rays from a distance, then various fish in the coral garden area. No dolphins or whales sighted on the day of our trip (we were not promised or expecting these, but it would have been a nice bonus!) We traveled with our own snorkeling gear, but the tour provider also had loaner equipment for guests who didn't have it. If you're only planning to snorkel for a day or two, this allows you to skip buying and packing your own gear. They also offered "floaty jackets" for guests who aren't strong swimmers or who were less comfortable in the water (we were offered but did not use) This provider offered hotel pickup and dropoff, which is extremely convenient for those who don't have a rental car. The pickup and dropoff was timely and easy. Finally I'll note that this provider (as with some others we used) was multi-lingual and provided instructions and Q&A in English, French, and even Spanish! to accommodate the guests - a nice touch.

We had an amazing family snorkeling experience yesterday . From the start, the guides were very friendly, professional, and made everyone happy and comfortable on the boat . And I never forget for the kind gesture you did to my family❤️❤️ The whole trip was relaxing, and so much fun for all of us and especially kids . Our snorkeling half‑day trip in Moorea was truly magical from start to finish. Before the excursion even began, we experienced the kind of kindness that tells you everything about the people behind this tour. While my husband was on the phone with Maui, the owner, arranging our booking, Maui realized we were nearby — we had walked from our hotel to have breakfast, got caught in the rain, and happened to be in the same area. Completely separate from the tour itself, he insisted on giving us a ride back to our hotel. Everywhere we went, locals called out his name — he feels like the beloved mayor of Moorea. A genuinely wonderful person with a wonderful family. The excursion itself was unforgettable. Our guide, Tama, was exceptional. He used visuals to show us the turtles, fish, and rays we’d encounter and shared the deep history and sacred meaning of Moorea’s land. His energy was contagious — animated, knowledgeable, and incredibly entertaining. Our captain (whose name I sadly forgot, though his kindness was unforgettable) added to the warmth of the experience. Our daughters, 13 and 14, were completely enchanted. We saw everything: graceful stingrays, black‑tip sharks, turtles gliding through turquoise water, and an endless rainbow of fish. The fresh fruit, juice, and adult beverages on board were a lovely touch. All gear was provided, and instructions were clear in both English and French. We started in the rain and ended in sunshine — the perfect reflection of how this team turns any day into something beautiful. This experience is a must‑do in Moorea. Magical, heartfelt, and absolutely unforgettable.
