The palace is amazing our local tour company was poor. The guide was very nice and new facts but spent a lot of time on her phone. We noticed other guides shared many more things even while waiting in lines. I would not recommend you use this company.

A prefect day to visit the Topkapi Palace
The private tour was wonderful, Oguzhan our tourist guide was excellent, he was punctual, consider it, experienced, dominated the English language and very knowledgeable of the history and site being toured. At the beginning I was concerned of the pickup location, I contacted Karavan Tours, and they provided a clear precise pickup location the "Clock Tower" @ the Galata new port as it is a big port with may gates, outlets and a large drop-off and pickup underground. The tour palace was spectacular, and the early arrival really helped avoid the crowds. Both Oguzhan and Karavan Tours I would highly recommend.
