Be advised that if book for two one will have to ride behind the driver. Not very comfortable for the time spent on motorcycle The trip itself was great and was worth the money highly recommend

We had the best time riding on a motorcycle and a sidecar thru Bordeaux with Alex and Arno! Expert drivers who calmed my fears and showed us the lovely countryside. Would highly recommend this tour!!!

This is an engaging and fun trip where you learn about Bordeaux and the surrounding area, are able to sample some wonderful Bordeaux wine at Chateau Tour St Christophe and get the exposure of a motorcycle ride with the wind in your face. Our guide was wonderful and both my wife and I enjoyed the adventure.

Arnaud was a wonderful guide and a very competent driver. The drive out to Saint Emillion was beautiful with a stop to view a chateau (can’t remember the name) We went through the most amazing country side which was explained in with great passion St Emillion was simply incredible and yet again explained with a deep knowledge of The vineyard, chateaux tour St Christophe by Alexix was unbelievable his love of his job and the process of vine making from the vine to bottle was a brilliant education And then home with a stop at an amazing view point was just fantastic

My husband and I had an amazing time doing the 1/2 day sidecar tour to St.Emilion. Our guide was so kind and fun and really added to this incredible experience. The countryside views, the guided tour through St. Emilion and the wine tasting were all wonderful. This is THE way to go for people who are short on time but still want a great, personalized, memorable experience. I only had a couple of hours but felt like I did a lot. Alex was the best guide: attentive, courteous, knowledgeable, and a lot of fun. I have to admit I was a bit apprehensive of going on a country-roads tour alone with an unknown person but felt extremely comfortable the entire time. With this tour, you get to drive through the fields, take side, scenic roads, stop for pictures wherever you want and feel catered to. The chateau we stopped at was also excellent. The guide was very knowledgeable and it was well worth the hour spent there. A couple of notes to keep in mind: 1) the tour is for two guests. I was traveling alone so had to book 2x the amount. 2) Don’t forget sunglasses to protect your eyes from the wind. I forgot mind (but luckily Alex was ready with a spare pair. He seemed to always have a plan B if I needed. Highly recommend

Recently did the St. Emilion tour in a side-car with Retro Tour in Bordeaux. We were two couples traveling via a cruise ship. Our pilots Alex and Emmanuel picked us up promptly at the ship. Admittedly, as we are older couples, we had some reluctance with one of us riding on the back of the motorcyle. But I have to say, all took turns on the back and we had a blast! Our pilots were wonderful always checking to make sure we were safe and comfortable. They are great, experienced drivers. We toured St. Emilion, visited a winery for a tasting and toured on the bikes through a vineyard. I highly recommend this tour. All of us agree that this was one of the highlights of our trip. Try it - you will not be disappointed!
