Memorable memories!!
Darío is super kind, punctual, warm, and generous with his time. Friends from abroad came to visit, and although I am from Montevideo, I did not have time to choose the places, make a route map, find out schedules, reservations if applicable, study the relevant information, history of the different places, etc., etc. I wanted them to take away a good impression and a good memory of Montevideo and that is how it was, we had a great time! Very grateful! I recommend it 100%

THE BEST TOUR IN THE WORLD
My goodness, it was the most spectacular tour I have ever taken in my life. I’m not a big fan of tours, but my boyfriend told me we had to do it because it had been recommended to him.
I almost fought with him, I was really FURIOUS, but I was in for a big surprise. I learned so much and had such a great time.
100% recommended. ✨

Intimate Montevideo
Dario is simply one of the single best tour guides I have ever booked with and I've been to about 50 countries and have done multiple tours in all of them. Dario has intimate knowledge of Montevideo and Uruguay that is obvious from not only the information he shares but also from the people he knows that you might meet during the tours. Montevideo is a small, intimate city, but Dario makes you feel like family. That's another level.
If 11 out of 10 stars were possible, I'd give him a 12.
Operator response
Dear Emily, I'm so happy to hear you enjoyed the tour with me. It's so rewarding to lead a tour when the visitors are so friendly, knowledgeable, and interested in learning about my country's history and culture. So, I'm the one who's grateful! I'm very thankful for your warmth, and if, among your many travels around the world, you ever return to Uruguay, you'll always be very welcome!

Great oversight of a beautiful City
We had a great time with Dario!
He was on time waiting for us when we disembarked the ship and his car was nearby. He offered to fetch the car, but we were happy to walk. Unfortunately the air con was broken, but he had plenty of cold water and with the windows open it was fine. We walked through all 3 squares and he told us about the history of Uruguay and the important buildings/statues. He knew all the best places to take photos from to get the best shots! We even got to see a wedding!!
We drove to the football stadium where the first World Cup was held and then the Congress and on to the beach. We stopped at a little park where there is an art exhibition every month and finally went into the covered market opposite the port to see the barbecues, local dancers and drummers and to taste a local drink.
It was a very interesting, packed trip and we thoroughly enjoyed Dariio's company.
Thank you 😊
