Hello I had a great day with abdoul, I learned a lot about the city and really enjoyed the visit. Abdoul is an excellent guide. I recommend
This is an incredibly heartfelt tour that I recommend to all of Cape Town’s passing tourists. I highly recommend doing this educational tour as it showcases how the poorest live in the Cape Townships. You get to experience the immense culture and history and you leave with a new perspective on life.
I can highly recommend doing this tour so that you can get a full view of Cape Town. This was an amazingly guided tour that portrayed all of the cultural, economic and historical aspects of a Township through stories and experiences of the community.
MoAfrika arranged for us to do this half day tour during our stay in Cape Town as a last-minute trip and there were no difficulties whatsoever with booking and transport. This is a really interesting tour of the townships and it shows you the meaningful side of Cape Town. It was impressive and emotional seeing all the every-day life of the poor.
Must do if you are visiting in the Cape Town area. It is an incredible sight to see the history as well as the culture residing in the townships here. The stories that we heard from the locals were heart-warming and id like to thank MoAfrika for suggesting us this highly recommended tour while we were in our Cape Town.
Informative and efficient afternoon with very experienced guide Frank! I only had one afternoon to see the town and we managed to see all the essentials without any feeling of rush!
- I had a great time listening to the guide talk about the history, culture and practices/traditions in the township. He introduced me to some amazing people and I am extremely grateful for this outstanding experience. It’s great to see the strength inside of the communities. Tip: Bring cash to buy souvenirs.
Amazing way to experience a township and the community within it. Our guide was absolutely wonderful and and gave incredible insight from his personal view. It's a learning experience about township and displays the other side of Cape Town beautifully.
Thank you Moafrika for the inclusive approach and exceptional service. I was nervous as a wheelchair-Abound gogo. Prince (the guide) pushed me around the whole time making sure I was comfortable. The experience shattered my fears and stereotype.
The tour wasn't just about sightseeing. It was about connection and love. Stroller friendly routes. Regular breaks for snacks and diaper changes. Child-friendly attractions. Well planned by Moafrika
