EXCELLENT! The quality of the tour, the prior and subsequent attention from Andrés, the guide Jorge... Everything great!
A great day with the opportunity to see lots of animals. The guide is really very friendly. I had chosen the boat combo, jaguar trail, and night outing. It was a great day.
Well organized, knowledgeable and friendly guide, was quick to see and point out wildlife that we were able to see. Fun and enjoyable experience.
It’s such an amazing experience, Andres the owner and Hector our guide were very friendly and acknowledgeable. They made it their mission to get us an amazing view of any animal we can across for both the canoe and hike. The binocular, ponchos, life vests and boots provided were of very high quality. We highly recommend this tour if you’re staying in tortuguero.
We had a really great time with our guide Hector. A lot of animals and nature discoveries. Hector is really passionate by his job. We recommend !
Great experience. Our guide Hector knows a lot of animals by heart and can tell you about them
The tour guides are knowledgeable and experienced. Our tour guide was very personable and did his best to point out anything and everything we were interested in. The only reason I gave this four out of five it is that unfortunately nature does not go by our desires and we were unable to see a sloth or a toucan on this particular hike. On the other hand, we were treated to visions of three out of three of the species of monkeys that are in the area we also got to learn some anecdotal notes about some of the plants, insects, reptiles, and birds in the area.
Very good combination for those who want to enjoy the nature reserve by boat in the morning, following by a break and a walking tour later. Our guide was very knowledgeable and he took great care to explain to us how important and fragile the ecosystem is. He took his time and provided additional info. We managed to sloths, monkeys, countless lizards, colourful frogs and birds. Definitely excellent value for money and well organised, including binoculars, telescope, ponchos and rain boots. Perfect for families with kids
The office serve boots and twine coats while the other places ask you to rent from Other places The guid Jairo was perfect we were a Mixed group with teenagers and 5y child and he showed and explained us about the animals and plants around us. He has knowledge from The past history of the jungle and the current state. It was 2 hours of fun and interesting experience.
Quite an amazing boat ride, wildlife everywhere, explanation was fascinating from Hector. Would do it again with the same company, very friendly staff.
