Pickup Locations & Times
Our private guide will meet you directly at the pickup location you specify during the booking process (e.g., your hotel, a designated meeting spot). Please be ready in the lobby or outside the main entrance at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time. Your tour starts immediately upon meeting your guide at the designated pickup location.

- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Must be able to ride a ski lift independently. (under 11 must be accompanied by an adult)
- We recommend wearing proper ski or snowboard wear to stay warm and dry throughout the day.
- Ski/Snowboard Equipment Rental and Lift Passes are payable on-site.
- The tour duration includes all time from guide pickup to final drop-off at your accommodation or designated location.
- The Duration Surcharge (JPY 10,000 per 30 minutes) is only applied if the tour duration is exceeded by guest request and is payable directly to the guide.
