We had a great tour with Evelin. From the moment she met us in the hotel lobby and explained our day along with funny hats as props, we felt an instant connection. We had a spectacular tour with Daniel. He is a wonderful person, excellent guide and we had a truly fabulous time. After two days of touring I felt like we were family. Daniel took our group of 6 us a successful half day tour of Haifa, but we knew he was unavailable for our full day to Acre and Nazareth, so he arranged for BORIS DIBNER to conduct a very successful trip. We visited the amazing World Heritage Site of the Knights Halls at Akko, dating back to the 12th century and the crusaders. It is a must see place to visit. Then we went to Nazareth and visited the very modern Basilica of the Annunciation, originally dating back to AD400, the new Basilica was completed in 1969, however it still incorporates the original Grotto. Some of the artwork presented by different countries from around the world is very different to what you would expect. Next stop Zippori National Park an old Roman town in the Galilee that was destroyed by an earthquake. Excellent Mosaics. Boris was an excellent guide with good english, very friendly, with a great depth of knowledge that he was able to put over an an interesting and informative way.
