The Hai Van Pass is the highest mountain pass in Vietnam, rising about 500 meters above sea level and stretching 21 kilometers between Hue and Da Nang.
Known for its winding curves and breathtaking coastal views, it was featured on the Top Gear Vietnam Special as one of the world’s most beautiful coastal roads.
At the top, visit Hai Van Quan, built in 1826, along with old French and American bunkers and panoramic views of the mountains and sea.
We spend approximately 2 hours on the pass, including riding and frequent short stops (every 5–10 minutes) for photos, viewpoints, and breaks. You’ll also have time to relax with a coffee while enjoying the incredible scenery.

Lap An Lagoon is located near Lang Co Beach, surrounded by mountains on one side and the sea on the other.

Suoi Mo Waterfall is a beautiful natural waterfall located in the mountains of Hue, where fresh water flows through lush forest landscapes.
The name “Suối Mơ” means “Dream Spring,” and its beauty truly lives up to the name. Surrounded by dense forest and rocky cliffs, the waterfall cascades into clear, cool pools that are perfect for swimming and relaxing.
Here you can enjoy a refreshing swim in natural mountain water, relax by the pools, and take photos in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature.

Compared to more crowded beaches near the cities, Lang Co remains authentic and less developed, making it a great place to unwind, take photos, or enjoy a refreshing swim.

Linh Ung Pagoda is one of the most important spiritual and cultural landmarks in Da Nang, located on the Son Tra Peninsula. The pagoda is famous for its peaceful atmosphere, beautiful architecture, and its breathtaking location overlooking the ocean and the city.
The highlight of the site is the impressive 67-meter tall Lady Buddha statue, which stands gracefully facing the sea and can be seen from many parts of Da Nang. From the pagoda grounds, you can enjoy wide panoramic views of the coastline, mountains, and fishing villages below.
This is a calm and relaxing stop where you can walk around, take photos, and experience the spiritual side of local Vietnamese culture while enjoying one of the best viewpoints in the region.

Son Tra Peninsula, also known as Monkey Mountain, is one of the most stunning natural areas in Da Nang. The scenic coastal road winds along the mountainside, offering breathtaking views of the ocean, beaches, and the entire city skyline.
Along the way, we make several peaceful stops at panoramic viewpoints where you can take photos, enjoy the fresh sea breeze, and relax in nature. This area is also home to rich wildlife, including the rare red-shanked douc langur monkeys, which you may have the chance to see in their natural habitat.

Dragon Bridge is a symbol of the modern development of Da Nang. Built in 2009 and opened in 2013, this 666-meter (2,185-foot) long bridge is shaped like a golden dragon and stretches across the Han River in the heart of the city.
It is one of the most famous landmarks in Da Nang and is especially impressive at night when it is illuminated with colorful lights. On weekends at 8:00 PM, the dragon performs a fire and water show from its mouth, creating a unique and memorable spectacle.
We stop here for a short break, take photos, and enjoy beautiful views of the city center from the bridge.

Great sightseeing experience
Very good full day experience seeing the sights of Son Tra as well as Hai Van pass on the back of a motorcycle. The guides, Luc & Ming, provided us with ample time to roam the attractions and soak by the waterfall, and even provided us some special photo opportunities.
Would definitely recommend for anybody visiting Da Nang and want something with a slight change in scenary

Best Experience
We spent a full day on a motorbike tour in Da Nang, Vietnam and it was honestly one of the best experiences of our trip. Our guide was extremely humble, kind, respectful, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire journey.
Everything was planned perfectly — from catching the sunset at an incredible viewpoint, spending peaceful and relaxing time at a beautiful waterfall, enjoying delicious seafood, and riding through dream-like roads and breathtaking scenery. Every moment felt special.
What we loved most was that the experience never felt rushed. There were plenty of stops with enough time to enjoy each place, take photos, relax, and truly soak in the surroundings. They really cared about making the experience enjoyable instead of hurrying from one spot to another.
It was also amazing value for money. Despite spending the whole day exploring, it never felt tiring because the pace was so well balanced and comfortable.
Everything was simply perfect. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Da Nang and wanting unforgettable memories.

Great trip, fabulous views amazing lunch great people
Nhật group run a really great trip amazing views amazing stops and very adaptable to what you want done. lots of water along the way so you don’t need to bring your own. The waterfall is fab and you can drink a cold beer in the pool. lunch on the beach is perfect and seafood extremely fresh in the tanks at restaurant. The views make the trip along with the team if drivers! Highly recommend 👍

An amazing adventure packed day
My guide Minh is the best. He was very patient and assured me that it wouldn't be a problem for me to ride as a first timer on his bike. We did the hairpin turns on the spectacular Hai Van pass easily. He showed me the best spots for photos and we stopped at local cafes for refreshments. It was incredible value to include a waterfall, Monkey Mountain and a trip to see the Lady Buddha on Vesak Day! Truly exceptional.Thanks!

Best experience of our Vietnam trip!
This motorbike tour from Hoi An to Hue was easily the highlight of our time in central Vietnam.
I’m Vietnamese and this was my first time visiting Vietnam, which made this day even more meaningful. It completely exceeded my expectations. Every stop felt intentional and not touristy or rushed.
The ride through the Hai Van Pass alone is worth it. The views are unreal! But the full day was what made it special. We explored the Marble Mountains, stopped at Suối Mơ (Dream) Waterfall, and took in the views at Lang Co Beach and Lap An Lagoon. It felt like we saw so many sides of Vietnam in one day.
Our drivers, Trung and Huynh, made the experience though. They are excellent motorcycle drivers. Very skilled, smooth, and safety-conscious. We rode about 2 hours each way and it was honestly a blast. I felt completely comfortable the entire time, which mattered a lot to me. They were also just genuinely kind and fun to spend the day with.
If you are considering this, book it. And ask for Trung and Huynh if you can. This was our favorite experience in Vietnam!!!!!

Best way to enjoy the scenery of the Hai Van Pass
We are sitting here having a beer on the return trip from the Hai Van Pass. This is the best day out, we would highly recommend it. Luc and Hoa took us out, they are safe drivers, friendly, happy to have a chat and a laugh and answer all your questions. The day included cold waters, coffee, lunch (own expense) and beer stops all alongside incredible views, the mountains, waterfalls, photo opportunities and some local history. I loved it all.

Must do trip!!!
What a day!!! At first I was a little bit nervous about the safety of my 10 year old on a motorbike for a full day tour, but before booking I messaged Mr T who immediately put my mind at rest and answered all of my questions.
The day of our trip our 3 guides, My, Xo and Dung picked us up from our hotel in Hoi An, they were all amazing, and made the trip so much fun. The Hai Van pass had spectacular views and the other places we visited were beautiful, we likely wouldn't have found the picture perfect spots without being shown by our guides. We had a good amount of time in each place and were left to explore on our own rather than being herded by a guide which helped our day be more enjoyable. Each of our guides drove very safely and at no point did we feel unsafe or going too fast, but rather they helped us not feel nervous and continued to reassure me. To anyone who may be a little nervous I would say dont be, our 3 guides were truly wonderful we had a spectacular day, creating lots of beautiful memories. A must do in Hoi An!!
