We completed a 4-day, 3-night loop with our two drivers, Vinh and An. They were excellent travel companions who helped us discover magnificent landscapes. A small unexpected issue at the start: we had booked a French-speaking guide, which was not the case (likely a small communication issue via Viator). Nothing serious in the end, especially since the agency owner was very professional and responsive: he covered the cost of private rooms for all 3 nights as compensation. A very beautiful experience that we recommend without hesitation!
