Disappointment. I had a self-guided tour and found no link or meeting point
It was a bad experience for me. I couldn't fully enjoy the attraction. Location problems

Really good and a must while in Sofia or around
Very informative activity with rich, interesting and useful information. Glad that we booked it and consumed it all. Alexander Nevsky cathedral is superb with this activity because you get to know so much.

Scam
It's a scam. There's no guide or anything.
The cathedral is free and they only give you a PDF of 2 sheets for you to read.
NOT recommended.

Good information
The tour is not an actual audio with headphones. It’s a pdf that is downloaded. Information is very good.
Operator response
Hello Judy, the file has got an audio version too which you can listen to. We had sent to you instructions on how to do it easily.
We see that you missed that from what you wrote.
All the best,

If you are in Sofia, it is worth seeing
Beautiful cathedral, a spectacular square, but as soon as you enter, you really see the Byzantine art a show I recommend it to all visitors who are in Sofia

Vititing Sofia for a week. It is worth a longer visit!
A lot of valuable information about the history of Bulgaria. Our guide Dimitri was very well informed and gave us the whole historic panorama. For people interested in history really a good experience.

Disappointed
When we arrived there was not an English speaking person. Nobody was able to help us. We paid for a tour and did not receive one. I hope they will refund our money. We got the same experience as anyone who walked in. I would not recommend this tour.
Operator response
Hello Jana,
You had booked the self-guided tour option as you see in your activity booking. This is with all guides notes and you received it as an email. The privately-guided option is more expensive and maybe that's why you did not book it. Please, make the difference between the two options as you cannot book a self-guided option and insist on a guide as you understand.
We accomplished what you paid for.
Best regards,
The Team

Beautiful symbol of Sofia
Stunning cathedral symbol of Sofia. The roof is very beautiful and with the reflection of the sun makes it fantastic. The interior is also very nice
