It opened in 1992 to house one of the great collections of contemporary Spanish art. Today it is one of the most visited in the country. The tour begins at the entrance of the museum, where you will meet with a professional guide. Enjoy a journey through the history of contemporary art and discover works by great Spanish artists of the 20th century, such as Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dalí and Joan Miró. During this one and a half hour visit you will enjoy such important works as Picasso’s “El Guernica”, Salvador Dalí’s “Face of the Great Masturbator”, Juan Gris’ “The Musician’s Table” and Joan Miró’s “Painting – Snail, Woman, Flower, Star”. Guided tour about Picasso, Miro and Dali art exhibition at Reina Sofia Museum
An excellent visit to Reina Sofia Museum. Our guide, Lola made the experience truly magnificent. It's difficult these days to find a guide who interacts so good with kids and has such a high level of knowledge about art. Kids and us, loved to meet Lola and would definitely book with her again.

Excellent museum to discover modern and contemporary art. The Guernica by Pablo Picasso stands out, along with works by Salvador Dalí and Joan Miró, and the incredible Ángeles Santos. It was very interesting and entertaining, a different visit since in addition to observing the artworks, we could relate the history that connects each of them. With a holistic and dynamic vision, I understood many of the paintings, the painters, and the history behind their creation.
