Description
Discover Cuenca’s stunning fortified historic quarter and immerse yourself in the history and heritage of a unique city declared a World Heritage Site. We will begin our visit in the Plaza Mayor, next to the Cathedral of Santa Maria y San Julián, one of the first Gothic cathedrals of Castile. Along the way we will discover some of the most emblematic places of the city, such as the ancient Muslim cathedral, the Jewish quarter, the Torremangana, the tunnels of Alfonso VIII and the famous medieval skyscrapers. We will also enjoy the breathtaking views over the Júcar and Huuécar muzzles from the surroundings of the St. Paul's Bridge and the iconic Hanging Houses. We will finish the experience with the guided tour inside the Cathedral of Cuenca, known as "The Cathedral of Light".

We will visit the interior of this temple, considered "Gothic style laboratory in Spain." We will fix our attention especially on the main altar and the stained glass windows of the central nave, decorated by contemporary painters such as Gustavo Torner or Gerardo Rueda.

I would totally recommend doing it.
The perfect guide, knowledgeable about the history and culture of the city. The Cathedral is impressive with the guide's explanations. The visit was very pleasant, interesting, and I definitely recommend doing it if you pass through this beautiful city.

Cuenca we loved
David genial. We did the night tour as well. You can tell he loves his city. In fact first we did the night tour where we met David, we were impressed and decided to do the other one. Great. 💯 Recommended

Looking at pa Cuenca makes the city more beautiful than it already is!
The visit to the city is enjoyable and told with grace and knowledge, at no time is it past and you enjoy much with what you are told. Despite the "peculiar" relief of the city, the circuit chosen by Mirando pa Cuenca is light and never gets tired. In addition, the visit to the cathedral is worth listening to all the details that escape if you visit without someone with the good knowledge and make this great agency.
