Lucia was an exceptional guide during our Papal visit! She was very informative, had an impressive memory for names, and made the experience feel truly personalized. Traveling with my 86-year-old mother, I especially appreciated how considerate Lucia was in checking on her and making sure she was comfortable throughout the visit. Her kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended! ❤
