Explored macau during a business trip. Cisco was fantastic. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to learn about this area

Very good to know the various patterns of Macao, ancient and modern city. Mr. Cisco was very helpful and attentive, with a lot of information to give. Without a guide, it is very difficult to guide us through the old city, given the amount of tourists on the street! Definitely indispensable!
I loved this tour! We loved our guide (he spoke like 7 languages and was amazing at accommodating all of the tourists!) and each stop was very unique! We were happy to see the city of macau, followed by the Venetian on the Cotai strip! If you are only here for a day or two, this is a way to see the city!
Thank you so much for the glowing review! We are thrilled to hear that you had such a wonderful time exploring both the historic charm of Macau and the Cotai Strip. Our team takes great pride in offering multilingual and accommodating service, so we’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to our guide! Thank you for recommending our tour as a great way to see Macau in a day or two—we hope to welcome you back on another adventure in the future!"
We had a wonderful tour with Cisco, who was very welcoming and informative. Unfortunately it was raining and misty but we still visited everything on the itinerary. Ciscos knowledge of Macau and its history was amazing - we learnt a lot. King was our driver who went out of his way to ensure we were looked after and saw as much as we could on this wet day. Definitely recommend this tour.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your review! While we wish the weather had been a bit sunnier, we are thrilled to hear that the rain and mist didn't stop you from having a wonderful experience in Macau. Cisco and King make a fantastic team. We're so glad Cisco’s deep knowledge of Macau's history kept you engaged, and that King went above and beyond to make sure you were comfortable and well looked after despite the weather. I will be sure to pass along your kind words to both of them—they will be delighted to hear your feedback! Thank you again for touring with us and for recommending our team. We hope to welcome you back on another adventure soon!

This is a not-to-be-missed tour of historic Macau with its rich Portuguese and Chinese history. Cisco is a wonderful guide... energetic, involved and interested in history. Highly recommend.
This tour was a great experience! I got to explore the main areas of Macau, and everything was really well organized. Our guide went above and beyond to make the visit memorable. He’s very knowledgeable about the city, and it was really fun spending time with him. Just be prepared to walk quite a bit! The lunch was also very nice—it was a buffet with lots of options, so there was something for everyone. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants a great introduction to Macau.
Our tour guide, Cisco, was excellent. Very knowledgeable, good understanding of history and very friendly. The tour covered the important highlights.
Tour was a convenient way to see the high lights of Macau and Cisco the guide was very informative about most things. I am not convinced that it was good value for money, or if I would have seen more doing it independently. While the commentary from Cisco was mostly interesting, there were times when he seemed to talk just to avoid silence, or to let us know that he could talk in more languages than English . How useful the snippets of Spanish were to the Spanish speakers would be debatable as mostly he conversed in English. Personally, I prefer less talk about trivial things that are not relevant to what we are seeing. The lunch was dreadful, it fell way short of the supposed 4 star hotel quality guarantee buffet that was spruiked by the guide. I have no idea how they did it, but even the desert was dry and unimaginative , as for the main courses the less said the better. I don’t think I have ever eaten so little food anytime in all my travels. The time wasted on this could have been better spent elsewhere. The hotel pick up was great. However, the drop off was disappointing and to a certain extent irresponsible. From the Venetian, I was shown a sign for the Parisian and that was it. Luckily the maze getting there was just achievable, as it was I spent the next 10 hrs in bed unable to move from a headache, though I am certain this was not from my reaction to lunch or Cisco. If my hotel had not been next door, I would not like to think about what could have happened. The lack of care to make sure I made it back to the pick up point was super concerning.
Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed account of your experience. We’re pleased to hear that you found the tour convenient for seeing Macau’s highlights and that Cisco’s knowledge added value to your day. At the same time, we sincerely regret that several aspects of the tour did not meet your expectations. We apologize for the quality of the lunch, the pacing of the commentary, and especially the drop-off experience, which understandably left you feeling unsupported. Guest safety and comfort are our top priorities, and your feedback highlights areas where we must improve. Please know that your comments will be shared with our team and partners to ensure better care and service in the future. We truly appreciate your honesty and hope we’ll have the opportunity to provide you with a much more positive experience next time.
