We went on a trip to see the castles in Romania and he had given us a 5-minute grace period to be late. As soon as we saw a castle to return to the bus... we returned in 3 minutes three times from the 5 minutes he had given us. The first two times, he waited for us, the last one simply left 2 minutes late from the 5 he had given us. And we were left behind and he never answers the phone!
Get your guide is a scam we were exactly 2 minutes late and our bus didnt wait for us. They left without us leaving us six hours away from bucharest where we took it. Also our guide was very rude. We took the trip to Peles castle, Dracula castle and Brasov. Please dont make the mistake and book it if you are in Romania
Excellent experience! Guides were informative and constantly looked out for my safety! The e-bike tour was the highlight of my time in Glacier National Park!
Anastasia was brilliant, caring, and very knowledgeable. She guided my wife and I around Seville very safely and shared here knowledge of the history and geography of this beautiful city. The electric bikes were in very good condition and obviously well maintained. The great advantage of using this company is they have a tour starting at 7pm that no other company locally offers and as the the temperature was still high it was much more manageable than it would have been at 4pm. We highly recommend this tour company. My wife and I have done several e-bike tours in various cities and this one is certainly the highest rated.
