Guarantee Northern Lights Trip

I highly recommend this company. We had an issue with a booked experience, and they were absolutely fantastic, providing us with exceptional service to resolve it. I truly felt they were a premium company with outstanding service from every employee. If you can, don't hesitate to book an experience with them; I'm leaving this review because they deserve it. Recomiendo muchísimo esta empresa. Tuvimos un inconveniente con una experiencia contratada y ellos sr portaron de 10 dándonos un servicio para resolverlo como pocas empresas lo hacen. De verdad que me parecio una empresa premium con un servicio de todos los empleados de 10. Si pueden no duden hacer las experiencias con ellos de verdad, que le dejo esta reseña por que se lo merecen.

Don't book with this company. In the activity I said that if we did not see the auroras, they would return the money, we did not see them all night, that is, the guides (to say something) said that we saw them, but only a gray shadow could be seen in the sky, which they could capture with a camera (according to what they said and what they have sent) since on my phone it looked like the following way that I will send in the photos. In the activity I would see, not photograph, and they would not even photograph. Not to mention there are only two pictures of me. We drove only until 1 in the morning, since the driver boy was tired since he worked at 6 in the morning each day, which I also do not understand because the activity could last until 8, I do not know if he spliced one job with another. We finished at 3am eating the sausages and he returned us home. On the other hand, apart from all this, I felt totally insecure with the attitude of the driver. It was going fast (100km on roads marking 80km and with the road totally icy and snowy) even at some point it reached 110km. He braked and accelerated non-stop, as if it were a game and turned off the van lights completely in the middle of the roads at night. In addition to all this, the activity also included the guides telling us things about the auroras or, at least, about what they were doing and none of that, beyond this they were all the time talking in Arabic with two other guys who were their friends, who I do not understand why they were traveling in the activity van and with his girlfriend, who was also by his side. We didn't understand anything, we asked in English and they didn't answer us. Like we're ghosts. They wouldn’t tell us where we were going, what the next step was, whether we were already going home, whether we’d keep driving, absolutely nothing. Not asking specifically. Besides all this, something strange happened, as I left his girlfriend and a girl who was supposed to be one more of the excursion in a house outside the city (where there was no concrete stop) I asked what was happening, because we stopped there and there was no answer. When we were making the sausages, another boy guide of another van of the same company, yours, spoke badly, very aggressively to all of us, for asking if the next day there was a possibility of seeing Northern Lights. For me, I don’t know if because I’m a woman because I’m Spanish or because of anything else I don’t know, I didn’t give her the sausages after asking her a couple of times about them, she just asked if anyone else wanted to repeat (we hadn’t eaten any yet) we had to ask another guide, who at least if he listened to us. Even with all this, you will never be reimbursed the money they say they reimburse you if you do not see the Northern Lights, whether they manage not to. We did not even do, as the activity says and assures, unlimited km or time until we saw them, we did not see them directly.

SCAM! Liars, unpunctual, and refused refunds even though the Northern Lights weren't seen. I have to file a complaint.

Bad experience to see the Northern Lights, the hike was supposed to start at 6pm instead it started at 8:30pm and we waited outside the apartment in the cold making a thousand calls to make sure they came to pick us up. At 6pm there was a beautiful Northern Lights right on rovaniemi instead starting late we had to travel many hours to see it. On the way back our car had an accident with a 'moose, the glass in front broke, two people were injured with the glass and we traveled for 50 km with the car with the glass in front broken, to approach the' car that was coming our incontro. fuori there were -24 degrees, in the car it was very cold. No message of apology or request for how we were received from the agency. During the trip the guide has no explanation and said nothing. I do not recommend this agency
