Guangzhou Future Tech Tour: eVOLT, Robotaxi & AI

Great private tour with Jimmy. He took us to lots of tech places in the tour. Robots, driverless cars, Science Island and Canton Tower for photos. Jimmy was very accommodating to us as it was such a hot day we spent a lot of time in the air con. The highlight was sitting in the fancy car and getting a massage - Chinese or Thai style! My son loved all the cars and getting to sit in the front. Jimmy even got him an ice cream from the robot. Thanks Jimmy! If you want to see some cool tech then this tour is great.

Today we attended a tech exhibition held on Haixinsha Island in Guangzhou. There were tons of cutting-edge high-tech products on display. We watched robots dancing and saw invisible electronic drum kits. We also visited the exhibition area called Future Island, where we spotted an X360 transforming case. This product really caught our interest. Overall, we gained a lot from this show and got to see plenty of state-of-the-art tech devices. A special thanks to our guide, Ivy, who was incredibly kind, caring, and attentive throughout the visit. She made the experience even more enjoyable with her professionalism and warm personality. We highly recommend her to anyone visiting Guangzhou!

A good glimpse into the future - from next gen vending machines to new flying machines of all kinds to robots, wearables, and self-driving vehicles. Andres was a helpful and patient guide. Life changes fast in China. I recommend this tour to catch some of that speed and invention.

We had a very good experience with our Guangzhou tour guide, Kai. He was kind, friendly, and went above and beyond by spending extra time with us and answering our questions like a friend. Everything in the itinerary was fully covered, but from our perspective the price felt slightly high for the overall offering. That said, his professionalism and genuine care made the experience very enjoyable, and we would still recommend him.

It was a very different and eye-opening experience to see the development of electric vehicles, land, air and marine drones and AI applied in retail and transport. The experience taking the Robotaxi was the highlight as it showed how well thought out the system was. The implementation and execution made us look forward to the future of safe driverless transport. Our guide was knowledgeable as he walked us through the various portions of the tour. Highly recommended, though one must be patient because some of the implementations are scattered in different areas within Guangzhou's CBD.
